A professional men’s volleyball team is coming to Kyoto. Our goal is to join the SV.LEAGUE — Japan’s top division — and to become the best in the country. No team, however strong, can exist without the support of its hometown. That is why we want to decide the name that will become the team’s face together with the people of Kyoto. We are waiting for a name with real heart and real style.

Civic judges
Become a founding member of the team. We are looking for three civic judges.
From among the general entries, we will appoint three people who write to us with real passion as “team name selection judges.” You will join the steering committee and help decide the team name from the final shortlist — a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
* Open to those who can attend the selection meeting on Thursday 20 August 2026.
* To stand as a candidate, select “yes” for item ⑦ on your application.

A shikishi signature board signed by every member of the founding cohort.

You will be invited as a VIP to the team unveiling press conference on Wednesday 16 September 2026, where the prizes will be handed to you in person.
